No Sleep New York is a website that is secured by an external host and security plugins. We take security very seriously on our platform and will always fiercely protect your data to the best of our ability. We will never sell your information to any third party sources.

What data breach procedures we have in place

We are actively our data breach procedures policy. In the event of a data breach, we will either temporarily disable our the user platform until the issue is resolved, or limit login attempts. We currently allow 4 login attempts to access your account. In the event of a breach, there will be a limit of one login attempt with a prolonged re-entry period of 2 hours. Any data breaches will result in a set of procedures. We will internally investigate the data breach and report all necessary information to the appropriate law enforcement to help investigate and end the breach. All users will be immediately notified as soon as a data breach is discovered by No Sleep New York.

This data will only be received on a case-by-case basis depending on whether or not a user allows Instagram access to their profiles to display their feed and information. WPMU DEV This site may be using WPMU DEV third-party cloud storage to store backups of its audit logs where personal information is collected.


Hummingbird uses the Stackpath Content Delivery Network (CDN). Stackpath may store web log information of site visitors, including IPs, UA, referrer, Location and ISP info of site visitors for 7 days. We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. Additional data

This site creates and stores an activity log that captures the IP address, username, email address and tracks user activity (like when a user makes a comment). Information will be stored locally for 30 days and remotely for 1 year. Information on remote logs cannot be cleared for security purposes.
